01Can I print from my phone to a USB printer that is not on Wi-Fi?
Yes. The printer never needs Wi-Fi of its own. Install the desktop app on the Windows computer your USB printer is plugged into, and you can print to it from your Android phone or a browser. The job travels over the internet to that computer, which then prints it.
02How do I print from my Android phone to my desktop printer?
Download NJ Cloud Printer on your Windows computer and Android phone. Open the mobile app, tap Scan QR, and scan the QR code shown in the desktop app. Your devices are connected. Select any file and tap Print — your document prints immediately on your desktop printer.
03Is NJ Cloud Printer free?
Yes. The free plan includes 15 pages a month at no cost, forever. Premium plans start at ₹249/month (India), د.إ11/month (UAE), €3/month (Europe), or $3/month (US). No credit card required to start.
04Does NJ Cloud Printer work with HP, Canon, and Epson printers?
Brand is not what decides it. Printing is handed to the Windows print queue on the computer the printer is attached to, so any printer that computer can already print to will work — HP, Canon, Epson, Brother or anything else. It is not tied to one manufacturer the way brand apps are.
05Can I print to my printer while I am away from it?
Yes. Jobs are sent over the internet rather than the local network, so distance is not the limit — you can print from the next room or another city. The one requirement is that the computer connected to the printer is switched on with the desktop app running.
06Is my data secure during printing?
Files are encrypted in transit over HTTPS and held in our cloud storage only until your desktop app downloads them to print. They are deleted as soon as the job prints, and purged automatically if they are never collected.
07What file formats can I print?
PDF, JPG and PNG. You can pick files from your phone gallery, file manager or cloud storage. Office documents such as DOCX are not supported yet — save them as PDF first.
08Which countries can I use NJ Cloud Printer in?
There is no country restriction — the app works wherever you have an internet connection, and the desktop app is downloaded from this site while the mobile app comes from Google Play. Pricing is shown in INR, AED, EUR or USD.
Brand doesn't decide compatibility. Your desktop does.
Print jobs are handed to the print queue on the computer your printer is attached to. If that computer can already print to the device, NJ Cloud Printer can send work to it — whatever the make and model.
